Angelene Obedoza – California Capital Fellows Finalist

Angelene Obedoza is a Finalist for the Capital Fellows Judicial Internship. She is a graduating senior majoring in Political Science and has participated in a wide range of extra-curricular activities that involve policy-making, journalism writing, community service, event planning, and mentorship. Angelene is currently President of By Any Means, Activities Coordinator for COVP, Student Researcher under SASI, and is working on her Honors Thesis paper on the missing white woman syndrome. Angelene recently came back from her study abroad program in Paris, France, where she participated in a program focusing on social justice and activism. In the future, she hopes to use the skills and experiences gained in undergrad to attend law school and pursue a career in immigration law.
