Sarah Mahoney graduated from UCI in 2019 with a bachelor’s in anthropology. She applied to graduate programs in Anthropology and will be hearing back in the Spring 2020 term. She applied to MA programs in Anthropology at the University of Hawaii and the University of Oslo. For Hawaii, she also applied to the East-West Graduate Fellowship, which fully funds MA degrees at UH. Currently, she works at Rye Goods Bakery and also for a UCI emeritus professor of Anthropology. With the professor, they have been working on an exhibit celebrating his life and visual anthropology work in Lacedonia, Italy. The exhibit will take place at a museum in Rome this coming Spring.
