You will have the chance to taste authentic Mexican dishes from Distinguished Professor Natalia Molina’s book, A Place at the Nayarit: How a Mexican Restaurant Nourished a Community, prepared by Executive Chef Jessica Vanroo and UCI students. You will also learn about the history and culture behind the food which would have been served at the now closed Nayarit restaurant, formerly in LA.

Strauss Scholarship Webinar: Recording Available

The Donald A. Strauss Scholarship Foundation awards $15,000 to as many as 15 outstanding students to pursue their projects of public service and social change. Up to $7000 of the award can be applied to the Scholar’s school tuition and expenses. Hear from past scholars and foundation trustees, and learn about eligibility requirements, deadlines.
