Daniela Estrada – Truman Recipient

Daniela is a high-performing junior in Political Science and a Student Achievement Guided by Experience (SAGE) Scholar. Her research focuses on police brutality and community relationships, including the 1992 Rodney King beating. She has interned at the ASUCI Legal Clinic Commission, the Orange County District Attorney’s Office, and is currently interning for the Lou Correa for Congress Campaign. She plans to earn a degree in law and serve as a public defender.
