Jessica Herrera – NSF Recipient

Jessica Herrera is a graduating senior majoring in Biomedical Engineering. In the fall, Jessica will be attending the UC Berkeley-UC San Francisco joint Ph.D. program in bioengineering. She plans to become a bioengineering professor and conduct research in tissue engineering and regenerative medicine. She also wants to continue her work motivating students from underprivileged communities to pursue higher education.
