Janice Zhong – Fulbright Alternate

Janice is a graduating senior with a double major in International Studies and Criminology, Law, and Society. Janice has worked with The Counterterrorism Group, a private intelligence firm, on documenting and analyzing global terrorist organizations. She has also worked with Alight (formerly American Refugee Committee) in transcribing frontline reports from humanitarian workers in Ugandan refugee camps. Her time at UCI includes serving as a Deputy Elections Commissioner of ASUCI and participating in Greek life as a member of Pi Beta Phi. She was nominated her junior year for the Phi Beta Kappa Honor Society. She plans to pursue a Master’s in Foreign Service and represent the United States on the world stage as a diplomat.
