Julian Bugarin – Truman Finalist

Julian is a high-performing junior in the Political Science Honors Program and History with a concentration in Latin American Studies. He previously won the Nicholas Aeberhard Outstanding Freshman Award and serves as the Labor Liaison Commissioner for ASUCI. He plans to earn a joint JD/PhD in Criminology, Law & Society and become a legislator to reform the criminal justice system.
