Manuel is a double-major in Computer Science and Mathematics with an interest in research in graph algorithms and combinatorial optimization. In 2016, he received the Chancellor’s Award For Excellence in Undergraduate Research. He is also a mentor for the California Alliance for Minority Participation which assists underrepresented students in STEM.
